Shipping Policy

We want your Pouch to arrive as quickly and safely as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, delivery times depend on your location. Typically, delivery times are:

    Within Australia | 7-14 business days

    Internationally | We currently don’t ship outside of Australia. If you are a store interested in stocking PouchTheLabel please reach out to hello@pouchthelabel.com

  • Standard shipping

    • 1 pouch $10.95

    • 2-3 pouches $14.95

    • 4 pouches $18.95

    Express shipping

    • 1 pouch $14.95

    • 2-3 pouches $18.95

    • 4 pouches 23.95

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track your Pouch every step of the way!

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any questions about shipping or returns, don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly team at hello@pouchthelabel.com. We’re here to help!

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. If you’re not completely happy with your Pouch, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • If you’d like to exchange your POUCH for a different colour, we’re happy to help! Please email us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange. You will need to return the original item in unused condition, and we will send you a replacement.

  • 1. Email us at hello@pouchthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

    2. We’ll send you a return shipping label if applicable and further instructions.

    3. Once we receive the returned item, we will examine the item and we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are:

    • Sale items

    • Damaged or worn

    • Promotion or Giveaway

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
